Our strata had used On Top Inspections for a number of years for annual inspections of the roof of our 63 unit building.

We were so impressed with the quality of his work and attention to detail that when our roof aged out, we contracted him as a consultant overseeing our roof replacement project. Troy oversaw the project as it proceeded over a number of months. He caught a number of issues in real time and ensured the roofer corrected them. The result is what can only be described as a 'perfect roof'. We are confident that our new roof will be problem free for at least 30 years and beyond. Troy's reports were all well laid out and documented including with instructional digital imaging of the roof as the work progressed. Those of us on our strata council relied on his expert level of knowledge and experience to guide us through this long process, from tendering to selection of the winning bid to completion of the project to code and his exacting standards. Council found Troy easy to work with and able to explain to us in layman's terms the technical aspects of the project.
